With any question about your account or about playing, our support team is there for you.
StepBridge has no telephone number and no office you can visit. All contact goes by email — and we help everyone that way, however small or complicated your question.
Email us at support@stepbridge.co.uk. Add your player name; if your question is about a board or a tournament, mention the date as well. Then we can look it up for you straight away.
StepBridge UK has run independently of the Welsh Bridge Union since September 2026. Questions about your WBU membership, master points awarded before September 2026 or a refund of participation points bought in the WBU period are for the WBU, not for us: use the WBU contact form.
